We then went onto St Annes to see what the local seaside was like.
In all honesty, there wasn't much there except sand!
The Pier was cute though, a fraction of the size of Brighton's Pier!
After a couple of strides of the Pier, we found a Costa and had much needed coffee's and hot chocolate!
It was delicious!
Then we had a fish and chip lunch on the sea front, yum!
Then onto Blackpool we went where we saw... some interesting sculptures...
From where we were, we could see the Pleasure Beach...
A long walk down the sea front took us almost into town where we saw something very familiar!
Can you guess where I have seen this before?
There was no question about it, we rode on the Blackpool 230 (236 in Crich) actually in Blackpool!
It went all the way to the Tower where I saw some fantastic views.
Once off the tram, we had some delicious doughnuts.
Then back to Preston for a much needed cup of tea!
